Homeschool Heroes Gratitude Journal

“Today I practiced self-care by” Well, did you? Whether you chose to homeschool your child(ren) or you became an unexpected teacher due to an emergency situation or trauma that has changed the dynamics of your family, this guided journal will help you focus on being grateful and practice self-care during what might be your toughest day on any given day. This journal helps you pinpoint when you demonstrated your best self and when you struggled to maintain your sanity, by prompting you to take care of your mental and physical self, voice affirmations and value your daily efforts to become the Homeschool Hero that you are! The better you feel about your own practices, the better your perspective during those windows of time when you must put on your teacher hat, while also balancing being a parent. Practice gratefulness, self-care and positive affirmations consistently and notice the positive changes within yourself first and then in your relationships with your child(ren) and family.
